This policy applies to all products and services offered by Maaledu through its official website, including but not limited to:

Maaledu provides digital and online educational services. As such, no physical goods are delivered, and traditional returns are not applicable. Refunds, where eligible, are processed according to the conditions stated in this policy.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • The learner must not have accessed more than 10% of the course content or progressed beyond the introductory module.

3.2 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be approved at Maaledu's discretion in cases such as:

  • Duplicate or erroneous charges.
  • Verified payment processing errors.
  • Proven technical issues that prevent access to purchased content and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Supporting documentation may be required for assessment.

4. Non Refundable Items

The following are strictly non refundable:

  • Fees for certificates already issued or credentials already awarded.
  • Courses or programs where more than 10% of the content has been accessed.
  • Corporate, group, or customized training programs once commenced.
  • Purchases made through third party platforms or partners not directly operated by Maaledu.

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the following information:
    • Full name;
    • Registered email address;
    • Order or transaction ID;
    • Date of purchase; and
    • Reason for the refund request.

Maaledu will acknowledge receipt of your request within 3 business days. A final decision will be communicated within 10 business days after review.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution. Maaledu is not responsible for delays or fees imposed by third party payment processors.

7. Policy Amendments

Maaledu reserves the right to amend or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of Maaledu services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
